The Rock of used on event Isra and Meraj Night
This rock is the spot from which Muhammad s.a.w ascended to Heaven accompanied by the angel Gabriel.Muhammad s.a.w was taken here by Gabriel A.s to pray with Abraham, Moses, and Jesus[peace be upon them].after Muhammad's s.a.w return, he called all who would believe him to join with him and be Muslim..i also heard there are foot prints of Muhammad s.a.w foot on this rock.
